Toastmasters International Clubs
Warner Center Toastmasters founded by Rose Lane, DTM on March 10, 1983 and her continued guidance has helped set our club’s high standard of excellence.Warner Center Toastmasters has achieved the recognition from Toastmasters International as a President’s Distinguished Club! We are the premier Communication and Leadership club in the San Fernando Valley.
Our outstanding members include individuals who have held some of the highest positions within the Toastmasters International organization including District Governor, Lieutenant Governor of Education and Training, Lieutenant Governor of Marketing, District Secretary and Area Governor.
We are renowned as one of the best clubs in the area with an inviting atmosphere where people may openly participate, learn, and have fun.
Warner Center Toastmasters is not like a school where teachers lecture and students take notes. It is a club where interesting people from all walks of life come together to help one another learn in a friendly and supportive environment. Our meetings include prepared speeches, oral evaluations of those speeches and impromptu speaking. Toastmasters manuals help us prepare and deliver speeches at all levels.
Our experienced evaluators offer sincere advice that includes specific suggestions for improvement along with warm encouragement to help members improve quickly and advance through their educational program. Please stop by as a guest and receive a warm welcome!
